As an Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, engage potential clients, and help accelerate our business growth. This hybrid role requires a blend of sales acumen and marketing savvy to maximize revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate interest and drive engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or marketing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License & Life / Health License
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- $36,000 - $48,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses. Top performers should bring home $60k+ / year after commissions & bonuses
- Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
