- You will serve as our Director of First Impressions. You will answer calls & greet customers with enthusiasm & professionalism.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding specific products.
- Cross-sell products to enhance customer experience.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Contribute to growing brand awareness locally to generate new leads.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor both in person and via verbal/written communication.
- Inputting data and managing accounts with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare reports for division managers & agency president. These include sales performance numbers, quality control checks, & overall agency performance reports.
- Assist the agent with answering customer emails, texts & completing applications. Assist the sales & service team as needed.
- Help develop the agency social media marketing strategy
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and explain how our services can meet them.
- Utilize various software programs to support daily tasks.
- The ideal candidate would possess the ability to work independently, have an acute attention to detail, be able to think outside the box, and bring enthusiasm to the job as a valuable asset to the sales team.
- A knack for resourcefulness and adaptability in the face of changing priorities.
- Self-starter mentality with the capacity to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
- We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life and Health License
- Prior sales support or Executive assistant experience is a plus
- Hourly Salary plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
