Tracey Sova State Farm is currently in search of a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Retention & Sales Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to excel in customer service, client relations, and sales. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying client needs, presenting and explaining our products, recommending options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in contributing to the agency's profitability.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • You will serve as our Director of First Impressions. You will answer calls & greet customers with enthusiasm & professionalism.
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding specific products.
  • Cross-sell products to enhance customer experience.
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
  • Contribute to growing brand awareness locally to generate new leads.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor both in person and via verbal/written communication.
  • Inputting data and managing accounts with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare reports for division managers & agency president. These include sales performance numbers, quality control checks, & overall agency performance reports.
  • Assist the agent with answering customer emails, texts & completing applications. Assist the sales & service team as needed.
  • Help develop the agency social media marketing strategy 
  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and explain how our services can meet them.
  • Utilize various software programs to support daily tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • The ideal candidate would possess the ability to work independently, have an acute attention to detail, be able to think outside the box, and bring enthusiasm to the job as a valuable asset to the sales team.
  • A knack for resourcefulness and adaptability in the face of changing priorities.
  • Self-starter mentality with the capacity to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
  • We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must. 
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain Life and Health License 
  • Prior sales support or Executive assistant experience is a plus

BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW & BACKGROUND

Mostly, we are looking for someone that is out-going, a positive thinker, a motivated self-starter, likes working with people from all walks of life, pays attention to details, is extremely organized & creative.
