ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Strong customer relationships built on trust - that's the foundation of Tracey Sova State Farm Agency. As Account Manager, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies, working marketing strategies and consistently ensuring the execution of a remarkable customer experience. You take pride in developing and leading an effective team; motivating them to achieve desired goals.  

You will be surrounded by top performers in the sales, marketing & insurance industry. We try to make insurance fun & use an educational approach in all our customer interactions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help create social media marketing for agency. 
  • Develop new business leads using a variety of marketing strategies (referrals, prospecting database, community events).
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs. 
  • Monitor the agency marketing strategies to determine what is working & what is not. Provide reports to agent on weekly & monthly basis. 
  • Work directly with customers (new & existing) to market products using a customer focused, needs-based process. Products include auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance & more.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate clients on coverages, important exclusions and other policy details.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working with people in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to be highly organized, yet flexible in dealing with shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and evolving procedures.
  • Experience in customer service required
  • Experience in sales preferred 
  • Must be able to provide examples of prior social media marketing campaigns. 
  • We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must. 
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain Life and Health License
BENEFITS:
  • Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
  • $30-000 - $40,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses 
  • Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
