As a Customer Relations Representative with Tracey Sova State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Be first point of contact for our customers - either by phone or in-person
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- You adjust well to ever evolving workflows, systems and processes.
- You have a winning mind-set & can-do attitude.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
If you are NOT already licensed in insurance, we are willing to guide you through the certification process and get you trained. Mostly, we are looking for someone that is out-going, a positive thinker, a motivated self-starter, likes working with people from all walks of life.

- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 16 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
